About Shipping
We will ship the product within 5 business days from the next day of your order (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).The product you ordered will be delivered to the address specified by you on the delivery destination information input screen.
We do not accept delivery to destinations where the product may be forwarded from the delivery destination, such as private mailboxes or post offices, or to destinations where the recipient's identity cannot be confirmed.
About the shipping origin
We ship from two locations, France and Japan.
We will ship from the warehouse closest to your location, but if we do not have the item in stock, it may be shipped from a warehouse further away,

Returns

Important Notes About the Return Address
Please note that we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for the following items:
Items that have been used (showing obvious signs of wear or with the scent of perfume)
Items that have been in your possession for more than 7 days after delivery
Items that have been damaged or soiled under your care
Items without packaging (bags/cases) or tags (all tags attached at the time of shipment)
Non-returnable items and items on sale.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after the returned item has arrived, depending on the payment method used.
Please note that depending on your bank or payment processor, it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed, so please be aware of this in advance. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Automatic Cancellation
If there are any discrepancies in the information provided during shipping or if we need to confirm details about your order, we may contact you via email. About the coupon for the first registration of the mail magazine
The coupon shown in the pop-up for first-time mail magazine registration can only be used once per account.
Please note that even if you register with multiple email addresses, the coupon can only be used once.
