Please find below our closing dates for the end-of-year holidays and information about order shipping.

Please note that our store will be closed during the following period:
From Saturday, December 27 to Sunday, January 4

[Last shipment before the end of the year]
Orders placed before Thursday, December 25 will be shipped before the end of the year.

Orders placed on or after Friday, December 26 will be shipped within 14 days, excluding weekends and holidays.

* During the holiday season, we may not be able to accommodate requests regarding delivery dates and times.

【Shipping to Europe】

Shipments to Europe will continue as normal during the holiday season.
However, due to customs conditions and delivery circumstances in each country, delivery may take longer than usual.

During the holiday closure period, we will not be able to respond to emails or social media messages.
We will respond to messages in order starting on Monday, January 5.
