The material is very light and warm, and is made from brushed raccoon hair. (This material is made by a manufacturer that has obtained ICCAW certification, which is both animal- and eco-friendly.) Since only a limited amount of this precious material can be obtained, the proper quantity is arranged more than a year in advance every year and a limited number of items are made. The anti-static treatment prevents static electricity from occurring even when layered.
