Orders placed on 12/21 (Japan time) will be shipped within the year (excluding pre-order items).
Orders placed after 12/22 (Japan time) will be shipped within 14 days, not including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Please note that we may not be able to fulfill your request for a specific date and time for delivery.
During the New Year holidays, we will not be able to respond to email inquiries, and will reply to emails after 1/6.
